Positive: staff is good. Food was also very good. Can't beat location. Amenities good. Negative : room is quite small with no view. Whole property feels like a city hotel and not resort. They charge for water bottles.

Air conditioning in room. Staff very polite and friendly - sorted any queries immediately or sought a colleague who could. Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel. Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however.

Our second stay at this lovely Hotel, We booked a Pool View room which was lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh white towels and bedding. Friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, We had a lovely 16 night stay and will definatley be back.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive. The pool and facilities were good. One area for improvement is probably the AC in the room. It could have been a bit more cold to make the sleep better.

Very spacious well equipped room with a really comfortable bed. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. The music round the pool was too loud and not our taste, but maybe that’s just our age. Easy walk to some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The room and breakfast buffet was 5 star. Found beer bottles in the pool while swimming. Had to call front desk so many times to deliver the towels or to do the bed. Poor customer service. Pool was closed when it was needed in this hot summer. The surroundings and property was clean (5 Star)

Holiday Inn was a lovely stay, everything was perfect. Staff is personable and lovely. High surcharge as it is high-end hotel, however very worth it. Local transportation is poor, and a rip off.

The property on its own is excellent. The staff is very courteous and provides excellent service. It is service with a smile. The whole crew in the restaurant right up to the kitchen staff makes sure that the guests enjoy their meal. The buffets for breakfast and dinner were quite extensive and at par with many 5 star hotels. Special shout out to Shubam and Vikas. I really enjoyed my week long stay here.

Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time.

Superior to the more expensive Hyatt Centric

I was very comfortable at this hotel, and it was superior to the next hotel I traveled to, the Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim, which was approx 15% more expensive. The pool was comfortably sized and my room had a nice balcony and a view towards a green forested area. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The minor drawbacks were the power going to generator multiple times and the shower occasionally turning cold for a brief few seconds completely unprompted.

I have mixed views on this property. Location was fantastic so couldn't fault it. My balcony faced a building site which they did not notify me about as I checked late in the night. Subsequently, the balcony was full of dust. Breakfast wasn't included in my package.

Pretty poor service on the whole . They were not able to deliver the simple things like bring our bags to our rooms and bring it down when we were checking out although they said they would. Looked like they had a lot of newcomers working at the front end and they were poor in coordinating. Looked chaotic at times . Breakfast was average but service at the restaurant was good.

The staff was very nice and helpful! I had some issues and they did their best to help me with what I needed! Really appreciated that. Clean rooms. More quiet area, nice for families. The food at the hotel was okay, but theres other great options nearby. Cabs booked through the hotel are bit expensive but if you walk a bit down the street you can find other options. Standard sunrise view rooms, you cant actually see the sunrise due to the other building blocking the sunrise/half the view. That building has the premium sunrise rooms which allow you to see the actual sunrise. Wish this was mentioned on the description when booking. But still a pretty view. Staff tried their best to accommodate but bookings were too full to switch. Appreciate the effort.
