“Nous sommes arrivés assez tôt et même si notre chambre n’était pas prête, nous avons été invité à nous détendre autour d’un verre, et de manger un morceau. Nous avons également pu nous délester de nos bagages. Quelques minutes plus tard nous accédions à notre logement. Impeccable C’était la première fois chez Riu, mais certainement pas la dernière: nourriture et personnel au top. Massage en couple testé : un super moment. Un matin nous nous sommes levé tôt pour faire une rando, malgré qu’il……

“Vielen Dank für die super entgegenkommende Serviceleistung. Nachdem in der Nacht um 3:00 Uhr unser Abflug gecancelt wurde fanden wir dieses Hotel, um einen Tag länger auf den Abflug zu warten. Obwohl wir regulär erst um 14 Uhr hätten das Zimmer beziehen können wurde das erste freigewordene Zimmer am Morgen für uns hergerichtet und so konnten wir schon um 9:30 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen und wir uns vom Stress der Nacht ausgiebig erholen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank!!!”

“Quiet hotel, Magnificent studio nr. 308. (see pictures) Breakfast is good enough with diverse options like fresh fruit, omelet, yoghurt etc. Very good and customer friendly staff, Clean rooms. Only comment: bed matrasses were a little bit to firm. ”

“Hotel bevindt zich in een Geweldig mooie botanische tuin. Hadden ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer. Kleine keuken met koelkast. Accomodatie lag op een super lokatie naast het zwembad maar wel veel privacy. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel.”

“The hospitality of the host is exceptional. All the staff are polite and accommodating. The staff made wonderful recommendations for dinning options in the area. There are many improvements being made to the property and we would definitely stay here again. ”

“This is a beautiful hotel, with a range of pools and an opportunity to swim in the sea. Breakfast overlooking the sea was spectacular. Rooms are lovely and we made the most of the cooking facilities. Staff were courteous and friendly. A lovely week.”
