Situated at the gates of Grasse, this magnificent 18th century property awaits you for a sunny vacation in the Alpes-Maritimes department.

The vacation home is large and comfortable and stands on a spacious property with palm trees and olive trees, which emphasize the Provençal flair. Cool off in your own pool and enjoy the sun on the loungers. The poolhouse with pizza oven and grill promises you many social hours with family or friends. The poolhouse also includes a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor lounge.e

There is a bar in one of the three living rooms, and six nicely furnished bedrooms await you on the upper floor. For diversion, there is a pool table. Stroll through the charming village of Plascassier and experience Grasse, or the cradle of perfume, with Notre-Dame-du-Puy Cathedral and the Fragonard Art Museum. In the high season, Cannes welcomes you with a summer and festive atmosphere. Stroll along its famous Boulevard de la Croisette and lie on one of its magnificent sandy beaches. Golfers of all levels will find their happiness on the very beautiful Plascassier course. The enchanting area also invites to wonderful excursions on foot or by mountain bike. This very nice vacation property with swimming pool promises you an unforgettable vacation on the Côte d?Azur. The fourth bathroom is located in the living room next to the pool table and is separated by a curtain.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit netten Vermietern
Sehr nette Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit. Villa war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Outdoor-Küche. Die Outdoor-Dusche am Pool machte das Duschen im Haus überflüssig. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
