We stayed for a total of 6 nights and were treated with grace from the moment we checked in to when we left. Exceptional, respectful and helpful staff throughout. I cannot recommend this hotel more to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and comfortable stay in the heart of Nice!

Hotel is outdated. Never will stay again, i was put on the handicap room 620 with my wife I spend 2 nights and i am sorry for that. Staff besides bellman everyone else at reception (front desk) were snobs, they felt being bothered if you ask them a question. Gregory in the other hand provided great service for dinner

Ocean view is breathtaking One of the staff who serve us at breakfast should not put the bill on the middle of the table while we were in the middle of our meal & discussed our bills & told us they were closing Please train your staff to be courteous to everyone regardless of colors

This was a great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent - walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely reccommend this place!

On the plus side, the staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful! The AC also worked quite well which was appreciated. You can’t beat the walkable location only a few minutes by foot, to all of the restaurants and shopping. On the negative side, the hotel is old and it’s probably challenging to keep up with the maintenance. Our room had dingy carpet and the finishes on cabinets was pretty beat up. Our bathroom was extremely close to the bed which wasn’t ideal for us. I think that the rating is likely dependent on the room that you end up with as some rooms looked quite nice online. Ours wasn’t one of them.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids and the rooms were not combining and also the toilet was a different room than the shower. It was overpriced. Also, we found a worm on the food that my husbsnd ordered which they refunded, however my young daughter messed with her burger that came with my husbands food and the property manager refused to refund the money for the burger.
