You'll enjoy being close to Cannes' main attractions, as well as the Lycée Carnot bus stop just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Enjoy a stay that combines peace, comfort, and proximity to the heart of Cannes! You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible. Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest. After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer. For self-check-in, a key box is available. • Pets are not allowed. • Parties and events are not permitted. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation. A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
