With its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Located on the ground floor of a prestigious residence, it also offers a spacious terrace of 40 m2. The flat has been completely renovated and offers quality facilities such as internet access and air conditioning. There are 5 bedrooms with double beds, as well as an additional space with 2 double sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of professional appliances such as hob, fridge, freezer, wine cellar, outdoor bar, rotisserie, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster and washing machine. There is also a cinema room where you can enjoy TV evenings. On request, you can even have the services of a personal chef. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and you will be provided with towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. In addition, a separate toilet is available for visitors. The location of this flat is ideal, right in the heart of Cannes city centre, right next to the JW Marriott and the Grand Hotel. Despite its central location, the area is quiet and peaceful. You can easily walk to the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the beach, the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the train station. In addition, there are lively pedestrian streets, shops, trendy restaurants and art galleries in the vicinity of the residence, promising unforgettable moments.
