"We've been here before and it is a good hotel but they are sooo understaffed. The line to the reception take ages. The elevators would need a look over since they wasn't always working. "I had made a huge mistake on arrival as I was a year early!!!! I know crazy. The first reception person was very unhelpful in my problem perhaps go sit in quiet area to sort, this I understood but would have liked his help.
