The hotel excused that the suite was not available but did not inform us earlier for our decision for cancellations. When we complaint about the difference for the room rate , the hotel then provided 20 euro for compensation, it did disappoint us. I am not sure if we are being cheated. “Pessima, non prenotare,non andate. Letto con lenzuola sporche, macchiate con capelli, peli e quant'altro potete immaginare... abbiamo trovato anche la bustina del preservativo usato. Bagno con cassetta dell'acqua rotta, che ci è rimasta in mano, aria condizionata inesistente, c'era un ventilatore tutto rotto e pieno di polvere. Per accendere il mini frigo bisognava portarlo in bagno. La scala per accedere alle stanze aveva un pezzo di corrimano rotto, rischiavi di finire di sotto. Telefonando……
