These cabins were spotless. Came in, plopped down w my pillow and blankets and crashed after 6.5 hours of driving. Nice and quiet. Will recommend to others and stay there again!
I had a great stay here! The staff was very helpful, and even though I checked in late, it was very easy to find and get the key to the cabin. The cabin was cozy, clean, and comfortable. They also provided the bed sheets I had requested in advance, which I really appreciated. Everything was smooth and easy, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Highly recommend!
The cabin was clean and nice. We never met the staff because we did a late checkin and left before the office opened. The late night checkin was great. Our only complaint was that the bathroom closest to us was closed for a maintenance issue and the other bathroom was quite a ways away. We stayed 2 nights and the bathroom was closed both nights. Would have been nice if we had been put in a cabin closer to the working bathroom
The room was clean really best thing I can say about it. Clearly they’re working on the property but it seems to be done by a jack of all trades but master of none.
We arrived slightly after hours, so our info was in a file on the office building. All went well, and was easily able to get into our cabin. Parking access good. Cabin was clean. Air conditioning worked pretty good, but it really cooled off in the night, so windows were opened. Shower was clean. We were up early and gone the next morning, so not much more to review. It was a good stay. Easy process. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
The cabin was great! AC worked great! Didnt get to try the amenities as we only needed a place to for a short sleep. The bathroom was a little far away but would stay again for sure!
The cabin was lovely. And clean.
The only complaint is the faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the sink. So you had to be very careful turning it on and off.
We checked into a wooden cabin with air conditioning, a free bathroom, an open kitchen, a beautiful environment and a distant view of the canyon.Everything was very satisfactory! Come and stay here again next time!
Linens were not provided after they had been paid for. No one available to help. Closest bathrooms were out of order. Laudromat was not functional. No clean drinking water - only sink water to drink. We left the park...
Great property. They just don’t tell you all you need to know prior to arrival. Pool closes at 5pm so don’t expect to use it after a long day in the Park. The shared pavilion has pots, pans, mini fridge, toaster oven, stove, griddle, sinks, spatulas, etc. No need to bring all of that to cook. Bring plates and utensils and that’s about it. Overall it’s great they just don’t help you be prepared.
Easy stay. We showed up after hours, it was super easy. We didn't even talk to staff at all, didn't need to. Linens would have been nice but it wasn't a big deal. Can't beat the price in this area.
I think this lodging works best for the trailers
No staff available until 10:00 during the week and no one available on the weekend
Just by chance one of the staff members happened to drive in to help me out
It would help if they provide a contact person if issues come up.
There are two locations for showers and the toilets which was fine, There was no bathroom in the bunkie.
However, the showers and toilets that were close to the bunkies at the bottom of the hill were not functioning which can happen, but when asked when they may be repaired, I was informed that they did not know as the person that could fix them lived far away.
The mattress was not a mattress.
As the individual who reviewed property photos and made the reservation, I was very disappointed upon arrival. The property photos are very deceiving since they mix photos from 3 different types/levels of cabins. And unless you go through all the specific details of the higher end cabins and notice the listing of a private bathroom, you don’t realize that the standard cabin won’t have its own bathroom. This is in addition to at least 2 photos of the standard cabins that are mislabeled and suggest that the property is providing bed sheets when they don’t. (PS: you only see the photo labels when you click to see the pictures as full screen. And I only sorted out these in-congruencies after our stay.)
Next is the pool hours: how can you list it as a “gem” of an amenity in the area if it is only open during the prime time that your guests are normally AWAY doing their touristy adventures?! Since your pool was one of the main reasons for booking with you, we had to adjust our schedule and have at least 40 minutes of extra drive time to return to have a few hours in the afternoon in the pool before it closed at 5pm!!
But because my family didn’t have greater expectations, they enjoyed the cabins and the fact you had a pool.
The staff and facility were nice, however we received misinformation from expedia and the facility was not equipped with sheets, which was contradictory on expedias website. we purchased the cancellation plan and Expedia is still refused to refund us our money. Only offering half the amount and credit with Expedia. I’m sure the facility itself was nice but going through Expedia ruined our trip, having to have us drive two more hours in the middle of the night to find another hotel.
