Staff is very responsive, my Spanish is not the greatest, so sometimes things got lost in translation, but we managed. The ideal combination is to rent a car when you arrive at the airport so you can enjoy a magnificent stay at Villa Romana and explore beaches nearby including Punta Sal and Mancora. Loved our stay.
