“We loved this chalet! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a family vacation in Wengen. We loved having a washer and dryer as we were traveling with 3 children. The views were breathtaking. It was a wonderful adventure to learn what it is like to live in the alpine area with no car access. The town had everything we needed. We learned quickly to allow time for walking up or down hills if we wanted to go anywhere. We enjoyed walking from Wengen to Lauterbrunen and returning by……

“Fantastic location for visiting Interlaken and the Jungfrau region. Easy walk to trains and buses to Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Wengen. Pascal and Cindy are wonderful hosts and the home is so comfortable and relaxing with a great kitchen, beautiful views, comfy beds and baths. Wilderswil is lovely and quiet. Lots of markets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!”

“It’s a nice house. What everyone should know is that it requires 50 plus steps to get to it while carrying your suitcases and navigating around sheep poop with no lights at night and sheep all around. Better to arrive during the day and better directions would be to go around and back of the garbage dumpsters and climb the hill. It took us some time to find and the sheep running by the steps somewhat surprised us. House is nice and expect some bugs because in the woods. Great views of the high……

“Beautiful location. Very quiet and excellent views. We were not allowed to open windows (no screens to keep mosquitos and insects out) so it would get warm in side. Bathroom shower sprayed all over the wall. However, hand shower worked. But then the water flooded the bathroom floor requiring constant wiping and mopping probably due to a slow drain. We had luggage and little kids. Walking from the bus stop wasn’t too bad until we had to take our luggage up a steep hike of about 10 minutes. It……
