“A limpeza dos quartos não acontece todo dia e o café da manhã repetiu os mesmos alimentos por três dias. Pessoas insistem em você comprar produtos que são vendidos no hotel. A recepcionista me pediu para abrir a porta para um cliente entrar enquanto eu aguardava o táxi ( obs: Sou negra e o cliente branco). Não sei pq esse hotel tem três estrelas.”
