Clean hotel nice big rooms But be prepared to hear the foot steps from upper floor

this is a remote check in facility. there is no actual front desk but rather a video screen with a person somewhere remote with whom you check in and check out. very little information shared about how this hotel operates ( room cleaning , room repairs) there is not enough signage in the rooms or in the lobby to inform you how to ask for things ( cleaning, room service etc) and how to operate tvs, room air etc. the place smells dank. the fixtures are working but need improvements ( shower heads and diverters). lots of hallway and parking lot noise in the rooms.

I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight out of SMF. The room appeared clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that I couldn't really get past. While everything looked clean visually, the smell definitely affected the overall experience. Another inconvenience was that there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to go to the front desk, leave my ID, and borrow one from the office. It wasn't a major issue, but it was less convenient than having one already available in the room. Overall, the stay was manageable and served its purpose as an affordable place to stay before an early flight. The friendly staff was a plus, but the odor in the room and the hair dryer situation kept the experience from being better.

Hotel was clean, never been in a hotel with a virtual customer service. Hotel was excellent.
