Welcome to our splendid 4-bedroom villa located just 5 minutes from Bain Boeuf beach and 10 minutes from Grand Bay. This spacious villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends, offering a peaceful setting while being close to the most beautiful attractions in the north of Mauritius. Inside, you will be greeted by a large, bright living room, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is open to the living area, creating a convivial environment for cooking and sharing meals. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, ensuring optimum comfort on hot tropical days, and one of the bedrooms is en suite for added privacy. The 3 modern bathrooms, spread over the two floors, provide all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by a tropical garden where you can relax by the water or enjoy a meal al fresco. The villa has its own private garden with a dedicated parking space for your vehicle. We'll make sure you're completely comfortable during your stay. Linen and beach towels are provided, and a cleaning service is included once a week for 3 hours, allowing you to enjoy your time without worrying about maintenance. What's more, the villa is equipped with a generator, ensuring a continuous supply of electricity in the event of a power cut. So you can relax and enjoy your holiday in total peace of mind, with no interruptions. This villa strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort, tranquillity and proximity to beaches and tourist attractions.
