The small village of Colle di Compito (stores) is within walking distance, it is only 500 meters away. Near the veranda flows a stream, the sound of the water is very relaxing and regenerating. Parking for two cars on the property. Electric gate at the entrance. The pool is very large and has a minimum depth of 1.60m and a maximum depth of 3m.
