IMPORTANT: A building is currently under construction on the lot across from the property, with work hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There may be more noise than usual; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For this reason, special rates are being offered temporarily.

The space

features a master bedroom with two separate 90x190 cm beds.

The living room has a very spacious 160x195 cm sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, where two adults can sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a microwave with a grill.

The bathroom has a washing machine with a capacity of up to 8 kg.

Smart TV.

On the building’s rooftop, there is a sun deck where you can soak up the sun and take in the wonderful views of Canyamel Bay. It is also equipped with hammocks and lounge chairs so you can relax and watch the sunset over the Canyamel Valley.
