A unique ranch style home with an attached in-law suite. A total of 6 bedrooms, 3 baths. Providing space for multiple families!

The attached in-law suite includes a separate kitchen, living, dining, bathroom & two bedrooms - with direct access to the pool and its own exterior entrance.

The backyard is fully fenced. Enclosed lanai around the 50/50 salt water pool with seating for 15, a smart TV & mini-fridge - all you need for a southern Florida family vacation.

The main house has 2 desks available.

Centrally located in Cape Coral, close to amenities and only 20 minutes to Pine Island.
