"The proximity to the boardwalk and beach was great. The room space was great and the view was perfect. The hot tub was dirty with a thick ring around it and a bunch of stuff floating in the water. The pool and kiddie pool had rust spots throughout. Overall it was an okay place to stay, they just need to brush up on the pool maintenance and the cleaning of the rooms."

"We were running late to check in and received a call to confirm our arrival, offering any assistance if needed. When we arrived, check in was quick and our room was nice and cool which was much appreciated after the long drive. It also smelled clean, the floors were clean, new towels in the bathroom, clean sheets, comfy beds. And i liked the lighting options too, nothing crazy but different than what I've seen before. The couple that run the hotel were really friendly and it's obvious they care about accommodating their guests. This place is only about 2 blocks from the boardwalk and close to the Splash Zone and Raging Waters water parks, so close to the action, but also within about a half mile of the convention center. We only reserved one night but decided we'd stay one more so we could try the escape room on the boardwalk (one of the best I've done) and hit the water park. Luckily they were able to accommodate us and at an extremely fair rate for an extra weekend day. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The is a well maintained motel. It is not fancy or pretentious. Our room was small but perfectly maintained with a comfortable bed. There is a shared grill, dining table, and outside shower. "

"Property is well kept and spacious. Very comfortable furniture and restored antique pieces. Central air and ceiling fans in every room guarantee comfort. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Beautiful view of Grassy Sound from the plentiful windows and furnitured deck. Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting in bathroom are a hoot!"

"Our room must have been recently remodeled. Freshly painted walls, laminate flooring, quiet air-conditioning unit. Tile flooring and walls in bathroom with a walk in shower. The shower head water was coming out in a trickle. We notified the front desk and within a few minutes the maintenance man came in and replaced the shower head. We needed 2 clean towels which we got from the front desk. There was ample parking at and near the hotel. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is its convenient location. Right across the street from the convention center, the ability to walk to the beach, boardwalk, plenty of restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Accommodations were clean and comfortable, close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful. Weather was extremely hot but that's always a possibility in July! Pool was a life saver on those days that were too hot even for the beach. Air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the heat and humidity on 2 days but the owner worked hard to make everything right. "
