Cosy Private Bedroom, en-suite bathroom in a charming home in Observatory

The Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shared common spaces.

The bedroom is cosy and spacious with a very comfortable queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The house itself is a 2 story house, 2 bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms (one of which I live in) and plenty of storage space. The house is located in the charming town of Observatory.

The house has a modern yet warm feel with some African touches a The ground floor consists of the shared common spaces and available to guests at all times. The layout is open plan with living room, dining room, small office space and fully equipped kitchen. The flooring is concrete which keeps the house pleasantly cool during hot day in the summer time. For those cold winters nights there is a beautiful wood burner fireplace to keep you warm Mx

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which I live in and the other for guests. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The guest room comes equipped with bedding, spare linen, blankets, towels and essentials. There is plenty of storage space along with and a small dresser.

There is a small and charming front yard with a table and chairs which is great for those beautiful sunny days.
High speed, uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
There is an electric fence surrounding the property which makes it very safe.
There is free street parking where you can usually find a spot to park.

The house is located in heart of Observatory which is a quaint little town on the outskirts of the CDB. It is centrally located, walking distance to train station, shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with a lot of charm. It is a about a 15 minute drive to the airport and 10 mins to the City centre and other neighbouring towns.

There is a cat that lives at the house, his name is Earl and is very loving and friendly. Most guests become rather attached to him during their stay.

my stay Obs
I caused Bridget some grief due to my antics when drunk. I think she was a little bit harsh on me as I was on holiday. I accept her point of view however .There are no hard feelings on my part but I doubt she will want to see mw again. Her property was fine no doubt I had amore cordial relashonship with the cats, who Bridget doted on and looked after as well as anyone can which endeared her to me. Bridgets gripe and to a certain extent she has a point that my returning drunk could attract unwarranted attention. As far as I am aware no robbery attempts were made during my stay, I made a lot of friends in two very enjoyable months in Obs, I will be returning next year but as previously stated I think an alternative accommodation plan would be mutually acceptable. I know word was put around by locals to keep well away from me once I was well known there which only took a couple of weeks.I bear bridget no ill will despite a coolness that developed (polite version). I however am above all that. I am wealthy enough to buy a far bigger place there if I should ever desire that (unlikely) as I travel the world. I would recommend this location unreservedly however accom wise if you are on a vac that involves a lot of boozing I would read Bidgets rules more carefully than I did. I wish her all the best with her business if she does half as well as I did she should be very proud.
