“Check-in was delayed by more than four hours. Some members of the front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all, while others at least tried to assist. However, we were given rooms that were only partially prepared, with unmade beds and no towels. The manager stepped in to help, and the hotel covered our dinner as an apology.
