"Well situated Simple apartments and charge a small fee for many things normally included Beautiful view of the valley Great facilities Good for couples Perfect for families For those that like a simple clean apartment to make as a holiday base and go exploring , this place is ideal and an amazing value on the island . If you hate the sound of small children or families you should pay double and rent your own villa elsewhere on the island Great bar , great cafe , self laundry available , also a really good restaurant at the bottom of the hill that makes their own bread , very convenient"

OG eines Hauses in einem grünen Tal mit Macchia, Kiefern, Zypressen und blühenden Oleanderbüschen: - Blick aufs Meer bis nach Pianosa und Korsika, - geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terrasse mit Tisch- nur Naturgeräusche von Singvögeln, Zwergohreule, Grillen, Wind - wunderbar!- kleiner ruhiger Strand in wenigen Minuten über steilen Weg erreichbar- die lebendige Kleinstadt Capoliveri ist in 30 Minuten über einen steilen Weg gut zu erreichen, wenn man das Auto nicht verwenden möchte.Anregungen zur Ergänzung der FeWo-Beschreibung:Im Parterre befindet sich eine zweite Wohnung. (Wir hatten sehr nette und ruhige Nachbarn. )Die Anfahrt über eine schmale Schotterstraße mit gelegentlichem Gegenverkehr und wenig Ausweichmöglichkeiten, ist nicht jedermanns Sache."
