Only a few steps from the sea and surrounded by untouched nature, Villa Artistica with a total of 5 holiday apartments is situated on a spacious, well-kept property. The child-friendly Apartment 3 for up to 4 persons on the ground floor has a living-dining room with 2 sofa beds as well as an adjacent, functionally equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a private, furnished and covered terrace, as well as a communal garden with barbecue area and sea view. Shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants and bars are available in nearby Capoliveri and can be reached in 7 minutes by car. The nearest beach in a small bay is 300 m or 5 minutes on foot away.



Bed linen and towels are available at extra charge (per stay).

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are allowed on request and at extra charge.
