Car Rental Quito Historic Center

Quito Historic Center has plenty to keep you on the move, but don't limit yourself to just one place. Book a set of wheels and hit the road to explore the wider region. Here are a few ideas:

• You'll find Mall of the Andes and many other interesting attractions in Ambato. From Quito Historic Center, it's approximately 70 miles away.
• Roughly 110 miles away, Esmeraldas is also a favorite with travelers. Set aside time to get to Malecón Las Palmas while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love this city.
• General Villamil Beach is 210 miles from Quito Historic Center and is one of the region's most beautiful nature spots. Go for a walk around and enjoy the fresh air.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Ecuador, then it's likely you'll need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country in order to rent a car. Also consider that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll have to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some other things to note for international car rentals are:
