There's loads to do in West Beach, but venture farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Pick up a set of wheels and you can roam around the surrounding area at your own speed. Add these awesome destinations to your travel schedule:

• Norseman is about 120 miles from West Beach. Notable tourist spots like Norseman Golf Club should be at the top of your list while you're in town.
• Around 100 miles away, Hopetoun is also a hit with travelers. Set aside time to check out 12 Mile Beach while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love staying a while in this vibrant city.
• Wave Rock is approximately 200 miles from West Beach and is one of the region's most gorgeous nature spots. Go for a wander around and enjoy the fresh air.

If you don't possess a driver's license issued in Australia, then you may need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country to be able to rent a car.
