This is a charming cottage of two floors with Garden on three sides and a wooden terrace  where you can eat and relax . In a private corner of the garden there is also a big barbecue with wash basin and shower. The raised ground floor consists of a living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. The basement comprises 3 bedrooms that thanks to Their location are cool in Summer  time and warm during winter. 
The cottage is  750m far from Museddu beach

Magnificent place
The house is fantastic, clean, spacious, with two bathrooms and three vast bedrooms. It has two floors and is surrounded by a lush garden with flowers and grass and has a stunning veranda like terrace on the first floor and a wonderful outside shower and bbq. We've not seen the hosts much, but they were easily within reach over whatsapp if we had questions. What we loved was that the sea and a wonderful restaurant with stunning views at the beach was within reach. We loved every minute of our stay and after exploring the island (walking on the selvaggio blu path, kanoeing with KKmountainseabaunei etc!) and so many beautiful beaches it was always great to come back to it. Thank you Allessandro and neighbours for making this such an unforgettable trip, I hope we can come back some time!

Die Lage ist absolut top!! Sehr ruhig und mit dem Velo in 2 Minuten am Meer mit tollem Sandstrand. Für uns (50, 40, 13 und 12j) hat es gepasst. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und Marco (Vermieter) super nett und kümmerte sich sofort um unsere Belangen! Wer „Party“ sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir wollten Ruhe und hatten diese. Würden jederzeit wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen. Baden, biken, wandern, gut Essen! Top!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Museddu. Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Fotos. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und auch der Garten fantastisch. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig, insgesamt war die Gegend angenehm wenig touristisch geprägt (zumindest soweit Ende April/Anfang Mai beurteilbar). Zum Strand gibt es einen Fußweg, auf dem man oft Esel oder Schafe trifft. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, auch zum Einkaufen. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Wanderwege, da direkt hinter der Küste die Berge beginnen. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war sehr nett und zuverlässig, er organisierte sogar noch kurzfristig einen Kinderstuhl für unseren Sohn. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sauber, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Der Vermieter bzw. die Agentur sind sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir konnten das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen und Strandbesuche verwenden.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Unbedingt ein Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Strände und gute Restaurants. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur funktioniert hervorragend.

Komfortables Haus, tolle Lage
Großer gepflegter Garten, schön bepflanzt. Großzügiges sauberes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, um die Klimaanlage waren wir nachts sehr froh. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, da das Haus vor uns nicht belegt war, durften wir schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. Großzügiges Willkommens-Geschenk vom Gastgeber. In der Nähe sind viele wunderschöne Strände mit netten Strandbars, der nächste sogar in circa 15 Minuten fussläufig vom Haus erreichbar. Wer seinen Urlaub abseits des großen Trubel verbringen mag und am Strand lieber Platz um sich hat ist hier super aufgehoben, von uns ein klare Empfehlung!

Dream vacation in a hidden gem
We have booked this house primarily based on photos and location, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect from day one. First of all, the welcome and hospitality from the host, as well as his helpfulness was very nice. The house is situated in a calm part of Cardedu in a walking distance from the beach. What we appreciated a lot, was a very smart division of the house into the day part and night part, so the night part was naturally cool also during the nights with higher temperatures. The house was perfectly clean with indoor equipment providing everything you would need to feel comfortable. Outside the house there is a large terrace providing shelter from the sun during the day and a large (regularly maintained) yard with a barbecue you would appreciate before sunset and in the evening. We have spent a great time in the house and will definitely come back.

Tolles sauberes Haus mit großem Garten
Das Haus und alle Einrichtungen waren in einem Tip Top Zustand. Es ist alles im Haus und um das Haus herum vorhanden was es braucht. Auf der Terrasse kann man der Sonne von morgens bis Abends folgen. Der großzügige Garten incl. Stellplatz und Einfahrt mit Tor sind super. Check in, Check out bei / mit Alessandro war unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Die absolut ruhige und gleichzeitg gute Lage zum Meer runden das Ganze ab. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne moderne Villa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation und Check-In mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nicht viele Möglichkeiten ohne Auto. Dennoch könnten wir hier einen schönen Urlaub genießen.

Soggiorno a Cardedu
Una bella casa fornita di tutto, posto bello e vicino al mare che può essere raggiunto a piedi in 15 minuti.Casa di nuova costruzione dotata di aria condizionata, quasi mai utilizzata perché le stanze sono fresche. Bel giardino ampio parcheggio. Proprietario gentilissimo . Esperienza da ripetere.

Genieß die Ruhe und die Atmosphäre
Lage, Größe und Ausstattung des Hauses lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Tag kann auf der großzügigen Terrasse inmitten mediterraner Vegetation, bei vielen Wandermöglichkeiten oder am Strand gelebt werden. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage, ist es in die Stadt nicht weit. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub in einer ruhigen Umgebung
Wir sind als drei Paare mit drei Motorrädern angereist, wurden von Alessandro sehr herzlich empfangen, der uns sogleich alle wichtigen Gegebenheiten im und rund um das Haus erklärte. Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, es war sehr sauber und wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an Alessandro. Villeggiare nel cuore dell'Ogliastra
Villetta molto curata, pulita, fresca e ben accessoriata. Proprietario gentilissimo e ottima comunicabilità. Ottimo il barbecue in muratura. Posizione eccellente con spiagge molto belle a 10 min di tragitto in auto. Presenza di una lunga e attrezzata spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliatissimo per famiglie.

Tolles Haus in super Lage
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, unseren 3 Teenies und unserem 10-monatigen Nachzügler für 17 Tage in der Su Murta Villa. Wir waren begeistert, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Ambiente und die Aussicht sind fantastisch! Die Villa ist aufgeteilt auf zwei Etagen: die drei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer befinden sich im relativ kühlen Untergeschoß. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und ein weiteres Badezimmer, sowie die große Terrasse, auf der sich hauptsächlich unser Leben stattgefunden hat. Dort weht fast immer eine leichte Brise, die uns abkühlte. Jedes Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage, die wir jedoch kaum benötigt haben. Die Küche hat zwar eine große Ablagefläche, ist aber insgesamt recht klein. Ausgestattet war sie mit allem, was man braucht, wir können uns jedoch ein paar Kleinigkeiten zur Verbesserung vorstellen: wenigstens ein scharfes Messer (!), handlicherer Dosenöffner und ein weiterer Satz Messer zusätzlich zu den Steakmessern wäre praktisch. Der überdachte Grillbereich befindet sich im Garten und wurde von uns viele Male benutzt. Ein gepflasterter Weg, den man barfuß benutzen kann, führt zum Grillhäuschen (mit Licht, großer Ablagefläche und Waschbecken; daneben befindet sich die Außendusche). Der Rost ist ein bisschen unpraktisch, da er nur eine geringe Höhe hat. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau :) Alessandro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer kontaktierbar, und sofort zur Stelle, als wir ein kleines Problem hatten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist fußläufig ca. 800m vom Strand entfernt. Wir waren etwas weiter (ca. 1,5km), dort konnten wir viel weiter ins Wasser gehen. Auch konnten wir viele weitere wunderschöne Strände zum Baden und Schnorcheln entdecken. Wir waren hocherfreut, wie sauber diese Region doch ist! Der Wagen wird auf dem Grundstück geparkt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5km entfernt. Die Pizzerien und anderen Restaurants, die wir besucht haben, waren toll. Wir haben uns in der SuMurta Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort eingekehrt sind.

Een fijn huis, dat wat lastig te vinden was, doordat het geen adres heeft. Je krijgt wel de coordinaten; het kan aan ons navigatiesysteem hebben gelegen, maar die stuurde ons een onverharde weg in die tot 50 meter van het huis kwam. Uiteindelijk bleek dat we een straat verder moesten zijn. Toen we het huis gtevonden hadden, bleek de verlichting al te branden, zodat we ons welkom voelde. De ontvangst door Allesandro was ook zeer vriendelijk. De communicatie met hem voor- en achteraf was duidelijk en gezellig. Het huis is lekker ruim, met alle benodigde voorzieningen, goede bedden en een heel prettige veranda en een lekkere tuin in een rustige buurt.

Wer Ruhe, die Nähe zum Meer und zu den Bergen sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist schön, wobei die Räumlichkeiten in echt größer sind, als diese auf den Bildern wirken! Auch Alessandro gilt ein Extralob, der im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort immer ansprechbar war. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Villetta incantevole con ogni comfort per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile
Soggiorno reso ottimale da una location veramente accogliente e da proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Mangiare in veranda tutti i giorni e cucinare gustose grigliate nell'attrezzatissimo barbecue e' stato bellissimo. Spiagge incantevoli nelle vicinanze. Camere molto fresche e comunque, se si vuole, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Imperdibile !! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig und abseits gelegen , man braucht schon ein Auto. Aber wer Ruhe sucht genau das richtige . Das Meer kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen . Danke
