### Spacious 2 Bd Apt w/Fast Wifi+CableTV+Audio System

A modern two-bedroom first-floor apartment, set in a Conservation Area of special architectural and historic interest, close to the city centre. Ideal for a family or a group of friends visiting Cardiff.  
  
Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk to the city centre and 5 minutes from Albany Road, this apartment is close to many popular local amenities. You'll be amazed by the comfort of our high-grade pocket sprung beds, complete with a TV package featuring sports and movies, multi-room audio, and super-speed Wi-Fi.  
  
This apartment is set within our unique conversion of a large Victorian property of seven flats. This cosy two-bedroom apartment is easily accessible on the first floor, having its separate entrance from the common hallway, with an open plan layout and solid oak floors throughout.  
  
Entertain yourself with a 49" Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels and TV on Demand Apps. We've just added a mega Virgin TV Media bundle, so now you also get ALL Sky/BT Sports and Movie channels. Listen to your music in the bedrooms and bathroom with our in-ceiling speaker system. Super speed 350Mbps Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free and unlimited, you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. Keep your devices alive with fast charge USB sockets in both the living room and bedrooms.  
  
If you fancy cooking during your stay, the large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, integrated washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, waste disposal unit, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, Airfryer, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you'd naturally expect.  
  
Sleep in comfort in the cosy bedrooms with a hotel-grade pocket-sprung bed and crisp white cotton bed linen.   
NOTE: Bedroom 2 has a SuperKing bed but can be separated into two single beds on request.  
  
Cupboards are built in, and there's a digital laptop safe for you to store your valuables. There's also a three-seater Cocoon double sofa bed in the living area, suitable for sleeping two adults or children.  
  
The bathroom is chic and modern, featuring a shower over the bath and an additional hand shower. We also provide fresh white towels and essential bathroom amenities for your stay.  
  
Gas central heating keeps you warm and provides hot water on demand. Tell us your expected time of arrival, and we'll have the apartment warm and cosy as soon as you arrive. For your safety, there is a Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide detector and Video door entry system with CCTV at the entrance and lobby.

Relax, you're in expert hands. We've been hosting for over 20 years so know what you expect from a short stay. We will be in contact from the time of your booking through to your arrival, stay, and departure. We are also always available on the telephone during your stay if any need arises.

Oakfield Street is set within a conservation area of large 3-storey Victorian properties. Our property was refurbished in 2010, and this apartment is within the new wing at the rear that was built from the ground up to a very high standard.  
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Albany Road and Wellfield Road. Here you will find the local high street and many great places to shop and dine.  
  
There are free street parking spaces directly outside the house.  
Cardiff Bus will take you to the City Centre from Newport Road in less than 5 minutes.  
  
We use approved noise monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. Our properties have both residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must respect at all times. Everyone deserves a peaceful night's sleep when they stay with us, so please choose and book only if our properties suit the type of stay that is permissible and meet your needs.  
  
A complimentary Welcome Pack is included, offering a selection of essentials to help you settle in and feel right at home when you arrive.
