Wonderful place

Great place to stay,best comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Safe , great location with restaurants within walking distance. My go to place Whenever I'm in Cardiff . Great customer service too.

Great place to stay. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom. The flat was everything we needed and our toddler loved watching out the window at everything going on below. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here twice and each time the apartment has been excellent. They provided everything we needed and it was lovely and clean. Only a 5 min walk to the train station which takes you straight into centre of cardiff in 3 mins, and only cost £3.10 return so we were able to leave the car for the whole time we were there. The bay is also lovely, its full of bars and restaurants and only a short walk away.

Great for a family break

We enjoyed a fantastic family mini break at the apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The location is brilliant, a stones throw away from the Millennium Centre and the bars and restaurants on the Bay and only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. We'd definitely come back!

Very roomy flat , clean and tidy with all the amenities you would wish for. Good location with car park nearby and plethora of restaurants nearby. Make sure you ask for car park discount card. On the downside three seater settee for four person accommodation, dripping tap in hall bathroom . But on the whole really good place and would stay there again.

The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby. It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too. It would be perfect if the oven glove is more heat resistant.

Nice flat but a little dirty

Nice flat but wasn’t that clean, ring marks in kitchen and shower was moldy and corners of room dusty. Living room window was also broken so couldn’t close it. Very comfy bed though

Great location

The apartment was in a great location and it was tidy. Just a little disappointed that we stayed there for 2 weeks but had no cleaner to tidy as stated in the terms, however we understand that it would have not been possible due to Covid. Although we found the cost was higher than expected, we would book it again due to its location. It would have been great to have been given allocated parking but luckily we only had our rental car for 1 day and paid £15 overnight in NCP car park which was about 5 mins walk.

Very good location, very well-equipped kitchen, very quiet, clear communication for check-in. Unfortunately, only one body towel provided for a Mon-Fri stay, and no hand towel. There was a washing machine, with 4 dishwasher tablets provided, but no dishwasher. No hand soap provided - this would have be helpful given the current pandemic. Holiday wasn’t adversely affected though.

Apartment are ok but not in the best shape. Some windows wouldn’t close proper. When very hot there were no fans and no possibility of having ones brought. Area around is very nice but lots of noise as one of the restaurants plays music many hours a day. Also my location wasn’t great as there was a garbage container just below my balcony which meant I couldn’t open windows too often as flies would come in. Overall the apartment was nicely located but I would recommend a hotel.

Payed £20 for an early check in. Could not contact anyone as described. No one available to speak, no one replied to messages left for help. Only got in through people leaving the flats luckily. Should be refunded the £20.

Perfectly Located

First off, the property is in an excellent location. Right by Mermaid Quay with its fast array of eateries and attractions. Perfect for an evening out after a day sightseeing in the city. Buses can be picked up in a couple of directions just 50 yards or so from the door, along with a taxi rank so travel us never difficult. This includes the Circular Bus Route No.1 which would take you to a number of outlying areas if you facied a day out of the city. The apartment had good views over the quay and a small balcony. The lounge/kitchen area is large, clean and simple. Basically everything you needed with a dishwasher and a small cleaning pack provided along with tea, coffee and milk. One bedroom with an en-suite made getting ready really easy and everything you needed was available, towels, soaps etc... Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

Great location

The apartment was in the perfect location with a fast charger outside the door and discounted parking nearby. However the apartment could do with a good clean and checking before renting. There was only a very rusty frying pan, no trays for the oven, only1 fork between the two of us and the tv didn’t work. The person on the phone was excellent and did her best to rectify the faults all except the tv which couldn’t be fixed until Monday. Not her fault. We cut our stay short and left on Saturday morning a day early. We were very disappointed.

Good choice.

Great location. 2 double beds I booked the executive which came with a small balcony. And 2 bathrooms. 4 towels, shampoo and conditioner provided. Dishwasher (2 tablets) washing machine. Very clean. Good communication from letting company. No sky TV, just regular channels but had a DVD player. Electric wall heating which was super fast to heat up the apartment I rented a parking space from “just park” £30 for 4 days although the letting company does have a deal with NCP round the corner for £6 per day. A little noisy at night but that’s city living for you. Only downside most of the ceiling lights needs to be replaced.

We loved the place! It was spacious and comfortable. Just a few wish list items: smart tv, extra trash bags, lighting over mirrors in bathroom, cloths drying rack was broken. We will definitely be coming back!
