“Good food, great staff and location is ideal for downtown area”

“A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc.”

“The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly……

“I want to share my experience so people can mange their expectations. The staff was polite and helpful and many things were out of their control like the weather. There was a terrible storm that got one of the beds soaking wet and there was not much they could do about it. Since it was rainy season the bed never dried and developed a foul odor. The water is not for swimming at least in my opinion, we even saw someone urinating from another deck.”

“Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places.”

Llegamos temprano al hotel así que esperamos varias horas por la habitación y en el tour la primera parada fue en la tienda de souvenirs , luego en el lugar donde te vendían tratamientos y masajes . Cómo 20 minutos de venta que parecía la venta agresiva de tiempo compartido . Por otro lado el lugar, las instalaciones, la cómoda y la gente de……
