Excellent stay
"Very impressed with our Executive room, nice size room and bathroom. Only suggestion is that bigger towel rails are fitted in the bathroom. To be eco friendly and reuse the towels, larger rails are needed so the towels can dry."

"Hotel was a little bit tired in places but generally it was i good decorative order. Very spacious and pleasant public areas. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. Great location too. I would stay there again"
"Really fantastic stay at The Knaresborough Inn. Leave your car parked up for the time you stay there if only staying a couple of days — everything in town is walkable, and there are brilliant public transport options to get you through to Harrogate. Very comfortable room, and a really great on-site pub & restaurant. Brekkie in the morning was really good; food options in the evening also plentiful, although more choice for vegetarians would be welcomed.
Dog friendly!! — although, on this, it was an extra charge of £15/night and after the first night my room was not cleaned, only the tea/coffee replenished and the duvet/pillows straightened. I mentioned this to one of the inn/bar staff who simply shrugged their shoulders and said that was the charge. Fair enough; but if the charge is for the additional cleaning of the room for having my dog there, then I do expect the room to be cleaned.
Aside from this, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return."

"Well what can I say. Second visit to this fabulous hotel and again I can’t fault it.
From the moment you walk in the grand front door, checking in and going to your room it is a delight.
Lovely restored old property sympathetically completed without spoiling the grandness.
Large bedrooms continue with the grandness.
Breakfast, choices extend to salmon dishes with poached eggs etc, alongside the usual buffet style hot options and cereals etc.
Looking forward to returning to this magnificent hotel and its grounds."
