"The hotel was actually disgusting and I had to check out! I didn’t get a good feel when we went to see if the rooms were ready as the entrance had litter around it - the lobby smelt fousty and the member of staff was just in jeans and a t-shirt! I thought that when we returned the room may be better ..."

"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward ..."
