As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved.

"From the moment we checked in, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was large with an excellent ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was brilliant. We only stayed for 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed ..."
