You can enjoy four magnificent seasons on both sunny and shaded terraces, swimming pool or jacuzzi, keep cool with air-conditioning or cozy around the wood burning fire snuggled in soft blankets enjoying Netflix or a host of family games and books. The large, spacious grounds, generous lawns, pool area and play area are ideal for enjoying the views, weather and making the most of outdoor living. The partially enclosed 12x5m pool with pool lighting and pool bar, outdoor kitchen, and bbq area are additionally equipped with table tennis and table football. There are numerous areas providing sun or shade from the 3 dining areas for enjoying breakfast, lunch or evening meal to the sun loungers to dry off after your swim and soak up some rays or else relax for some quiet time on the roof-covered sun island with your favourite book in the shade. The garden to the side of the villa has been dedicated to fun and pleasure with a boulodrome for petanque, a trampoline, a giant chess set, a little playhouse, a swing/ slide set together with various toys and activities to keep your kids (and kids at heart) occupied and content. Relax in the jacuzzi in the evening with your G&T or champagne. Inside the property, there is a generous open living space on the same level as the outside terrace. The main living area opens out onto the terrace through large full-length windows and is designed for spacious, easy, open-plan living, with a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge area has 3 comfortable leather couches surrounding the coffee table for evening family gatherings where you can all see the large smart TV to enjoy a film on Netflix together or play games. There is fibre WiFi connection that reaches all bedrooms and the pool area. There are 4 immaculate bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. Three of these are equipped with a double bed, bed linen, towels and pool towels, bedside tables and vanity tables. The fourth bedroom is a lovely bedroom more suitable for children with built in furniture to provide 3 single beds. There are bunkbeds with the upper bed accessible via wide, easy steps and with a protection rail as well as a pullout bed that resides underneath the lower bunk bed when not in use and once pulled out and raised, would provide two single beds side by side if an adult couple were to sleep here instead of children. The upper bunk is full size 90\*190 but really most suitable for a child. The house is equipped with air-conditioning throughout which is also reversible to provide heating in out of season months. There is a washing machine and a wood-burning stove. The house is well equipped with books, DVDs, 3 TVs, games and activities for evening family entertainment also. The double garage can cater for two cars with unlimited outdoor parking inside enclosed gates. A terrific location, calm and secluded and yet convenient for shopping. Avignon, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Mont Ventoux, Splashworld waterpark, Park Spirou etc. as well as the charm of local villages, antique markets, hiking trails, canoeing and cycling up the Mont Ventoux for those who like an outdoor challenge. All local amenities available within a few minutes. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La piscine est très grande et bien chauffée (26°C). Le terrain autour permet aux jeunes enfants de bien se dégourdir les jambes. Dans la cuisine, de nombreux ustensiles permettent de réaliser les plats préférés. Les chambres sont agréables. Dans la suite parentale, le dressing est impressionnant par sa taille. De nombreux jeux permettent une activité plus ludique, les jours maussades. Le pool house est particulièrement pratique car il permet de se changer sans salir la maison, au sortir de la piscine. De plus, sa toiture permet de prendre le repas de midi, à l’abri et devant la piscine et les palmiers. Et la région se prête à de nombreuses visites touristiques. We had an amazing week, the house has everything you need and more. The pool and outside area is fabulous. Large grass area for the kids to play football/badminton etc and a shed filled with outside games. Highway recommended this house. Von hier aus haben wir tolle Ausflüge unternehmen können. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Nähe zur Stadt und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist so wie in der Beschreibung, bestens ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist super und der Whirlpool zum Tagesausklang fehlt schon jetzt. Die Kommunikation mit David war problemlos, er ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank David. Wir kommen gerne wieder. The bedrooms and shared areas (all wonderfully air conditionned) are a great size and lovely bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is great for children rather than adults. Loved having an additional outside kitchen and toilet. The pool was a good size and the outside space was fantastic. A short cycle or drive into Carpentras and lots of beautful towns within a short drive. Property managers Isabelle and David were always on hand and a pleasure to deal with. Except for a little disappointment of our son who was missing the football table, everything was at least as good as expected. Plenty of toys not even mentioned are available. La propriété est idéale pour cette configuration, nos ados étaient ravis de partager une chambre et chaque couple disposait de sa chambre avec sanitaires attenants ou à proximité. La suite est magnifique et les 2 chambres doubles très agréables. La villa est très propre et meublé avec goût. Nous avons passé la plupart du temps dans les espaces extérieurs très bien aménagés et entretenus (piscine, pétanque, gazon pour jouer au foot, spa, pool house et cuisine d'été). Les propriétaires ont été très à l'écoute avant notre arrivée (achat d'une plancha à notre demande) et la conciergerie occitane (merci à Isabelle et David) à disposition pendant tout notre séjour, réactive, professionnelle et agréable, tout en restant très discrète dans ses interventions (ex : entretien piscine). Nous avons apprécié le ménage intermédiaire (merci à Ocilene). Beaucoup de commerces sont à proximité (Leclerc, super U, Marie Blachère...). Beaucoup d’activités à faire en famille (ping-pong, pétanque, etc).
