The keys didn’t work to our room. Once in the room, it had a smell when we entered it. The AC was not running. There was no shower curtain and the bathroom lights flickered and made a loud noise.

The front desk attendant was extremely rude when I checked in. He acted like I was inconveniencing him when he had to leave the back room to check me in. The room smelled and the carpet was damp from just bing shampooed. There was actually a sign posted that guests may be asked to leave their rooms for a period of time while the carpets were being shampooed and to use caution when entering the bathroom because your shoes/feet would be wet from walking across the carpet! I do not recommend this property!

Front desk customer service was excellent. I stayed one night and left before breakfast. Room was comfortable. Good movie channels. Thin curtains so light comes through. Found hair all over my top blanket. Front desk was on it and apologetic. He offered me a new room buy I stayed and just took a new blanket. The non smoking hallway smell like cigarette smoke but it did not carry to room.
