“The staff was amazing, friendly, and so helpful! They had information on everything going on in town and different things we could do in Carthage! They shared history with us! Everything was so clean and a very affordable stay! We will definitely stay here again if we make our way back to Carthage!!”

“This hotel is a shining gem from the past. Even at the discounted rates they’ve found a way to retain the grandness of its past. The employees were all very helpful. I stayed for a work trip and they helped with everything. If you need an employee while you are in Town, ask for Nate Dennis.”

“Walked into room after checked in wet towels on bed, room had not been cleaned went to front desk made a complaint they gave me a different room, almost left to go to another motel, looked like bed had not been changed, very trashy, loud, breakfast was not the best the gravy was like water and sausage. Lights out in the dining room. ”

“Only 1 luggage cart. Had to use multiple trips to haul stuff to the car foyself and disabled husband”

“Very clean room and staff was amazing. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Only downside is it’s very old and run down especially in the hallways. Inside the room was much nicer than the first impression walking down the hall.”

“No staff was rude terrible part of town room literally had dirty towels still wet on shower rod and i found a piece of corn on the bed we didn't eat i always liked using expedia.com but now i will probably check others”
