First time back in a few years. We had a freshly updated room on the 12th floor.. My wife and I had an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. Staff was great and my ribeye was perfect!!

Amazing help at the desk - very transparent in sharing the hotel did not have cable. Good thing my wife and I were there for a concert!

Romantic and charming stay with friendly and welcoming staff

Staff is amazing, clean rooms, this is my favorite place to stay in downtown Minneapolis.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.
