Very Freindly and accommodating, room was clean and no loud noises during our stay. This is not a 5 star hotel with all the amenities but they treatt my wife and I great.

It’s very unique being in an old bank with a modern style. The room is spacious and very clean. The only draw back were the noise from the elevator and ice machine heard in our room. However that did settle down for the most part thru the night. There were some interesting possible home less down the street but they didn’t seem to linger in front of the hotel like I had seen happening at other hotels. It is an easy walk to many restaurants, shops and museums so that was convenient. I would stay here again.

Though the hotel is in a convenient location for visiting Natural Bridge, I won't come back next time. My main reason is - it charges a rate that is comparable to a modern 2-star hotel but its facilities are so old and it offers fewer amenities than a typical 2-star hotel. Bottom line is, it's overly rated.
