"This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal...

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Modern Guest Suite ! For the 2 of us it is a nice open space w/ a comfy sectional sofa. The bathroom is very nice w/ drawers for storage and a beautiful glass shower w/ rain head. The king size bed was very comfortable and the walk in closet provided lots of storage for our clothing & suitcases. It was perfect for us & so much nicer than a hotel room. Great prompt communication with property owner. I most certainly would stay here again!"
