“It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience. The room was super small, and the lunch was also bad, had a very bad thanks giving experience there. Will never……

“The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not……

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“The property was really nice. Last time we stayed there we had a great room on the ground floor with a patio. Paid quite a bit less at the same basic weekend. This time we were placed on the second floor with a view into a tree at the very furthest room on the property. In addition, had to ask to get coffee for the room. A few times called the front desk and got no answer. On the good side went to 3 of the restaurants and the service and food were great. I would have thought for more than 700.00……
