“Tree only stayed one night, but hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn’t not partake in the breakfast but hubby did and said it was just ok, but mom said waffles were good. Has little store with water and snacks, which was convenient.”

“酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。”

“Our stay was great. We booked a king size bed for 2 nights. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The fridge was and stayed very cold for our drinks and snacks. There were a few spots that was coming apart from the floor such as the divider strip between the carpet and tile to the bathroom and the carpet to the front door. The TV was a little outdated but for only needing it to rest at night, it was a good spot. For being next to a truck stop, it was quiet and we were able to get good……

“Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!!”

“The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.”

“The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal.”

“Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests……

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers……

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”
