“He stayed at this hotel for the Arocha grand Sassa 2025. It was an amazing experience. The hosts were so friendly and made it very fun. We ate at the restaurant two nights and had a really great time. Breakfast was perfect for us. Love the coffee and the tune espresso macchiato put on especially for us thanks for the stay and will be back again. ”

“Nice classic hotel very close to the Rome - Pescara highway. On the edge of Popoli a great old town with good restaurants a river running through. The restaurant and hotel caters to travelers and truck drivers and was great for what I needed. ”

“The property was very lovely, and the room was wonderful! They had the wood ready for the fireplace each night. Breakfast was very nice and the staff in the Cantina were lovely. We were there when restaurant wasn't open, so that was a disappointment, and the town was pretty deserted. However, it was so pretty that we would return to the area, and stay here again.”

“Una Oasi molto piacevole per condizioni della struttura e dell'ospitalità. Villa molto curata in tutta la proprietà e la sua recinzione. Il verde che la attornia isola benissimo l'area e permette anche il soggiorno nella giornata parco, piscina giochi ecc. La villa è in una area attorniata da capannoni magazzini che lasciano pensare a zona industriale. Ho fatto un week end quindi non so se nei giorni feriali sia rumorosa oppure no. Per i week end è ottima oasi di pace. Non ci sono negozi,……

“It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable.”
