“The property has a great mix of historic grandeur with the convenience of a modern updated bathroom, lovely grounds, and an energetic staff. Marble floors, painted ceilings, and spotless.”

“Room and property is clean. Bed is horrible. Room AC doesn't work and room is way too hot. When you open window, emergency stairs RIGHT NEXT TO IT which makes intruder easily come in. Noise outside is very loud. Wall is too thin you can hear water flushing from next room or water piling up in the toilet very easily. Window doesn't have any screen. Staff got better towards our end of stay but hotel should've notified us of city wide water shut down ahead of time especially announcement was done……

“Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses”

“Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.”

“Sicuramente il villaggio è stato piacevole per aver la comodità di avere il mare a pochi passi e cmq è stato bello perché si sta tranquilli e avere tutto quello che hai bisogno a pochi passi senza usare la macchina ”

“Hotel is very nice but renovation is undergoing in the Hotel. My room was very beautiful newly renovated. Their breakfast is really good. Staff are ok and polite.”
