“For a budget stay it's a good value. The room was quiet despite being on a busy road with construction outside. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A very convenient location near the metro, restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. My only complaint is the sound echoes through the hallways. Guests were pleasant and respectful but opening and closing doors woke me up in the middle of the night. Air conditioning costs extra. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it.
