Last-minute hotel deals in Barcelona

I happened upon Hotel La Pau as I had extended my stay in Barcelona but had to switch hotels. What an unbelievable surprise it was. I am an absolute stickler for customer service and the pride and care La Pau took in their customer service was evident as soon as I stepped through the doors. Quaint, clean and modern. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. 15 min to Casa Batto, 20 walk to Park Guell. Helpful staff, very comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and coffee maker in room. I wish I stayed there for another night. Breakfast had many choices and tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Good for couples or solo travelers

Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!

i like that that every tour site was just 30 minutes walk .. great restaurant were near by and it was so convince to get atound

H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...

Great hotel and wonderful location

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! The amazing H10 metropolitan staff really outdid themselves! They gave really thoughtful gifts and I wish every hotel had outstanding of a service and friendly staff. Great location, great room very comfortable when the heart of the Plaza. Highly recommend and I will stay there again!

I don't remember their names, but 2 gentlemen at the front desk were our heros when we checked in! One in particular went out of his way to find our family of 5 another hotel room when our reservation wasn't available. Super nice staff, very clean! Top notch service!

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

This is a beautiful hotel close to Barcelona’s historic sights. Clean, comfortable with a great staff.
