“Great staying experience!courtesy staff served freshly fried sunny eggs for guest,feeling so friendly and caring,there is a double bed perfect for 4 people,sausage gravy is also provided for breakfast!definitely recommend!”

“Hotel room was very roomy. It was the king with the couch. Lots of floor space. Large tv, however it didn't have a channel guide, so I spent forever trying to find something. It did have a really nice tv. Property was very nice and clean. Pool ladder was missing the bottom step and the top step was missing a bolt on one side so it wasn't much use. Could be a safety issue. Tre hotel is near railroad tracks that are fairly busy and it was very noticeable in the room we had. Didn't notice any noise……

“The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast ”

“The property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was……

“I arrived and found that my stay had been cancelled by hotels.com! I advised them I had not cancelled but had made an inquiry about doing so since I had the trip insurance for this stay but was advised the stay was not eligible, so I therefore advised to disregard through the virtual system! Luckily the manager had saved the room realizing it had been paid in full and thought this was odd !!!!!!!!!! I believe the trip insurance is fraudulent and therefore in violation of our state laws and a……
