Great location. Great staff. Amazing views.

A beautiful grand hotel. Old school in style and design yet clean and well maintained. Bathrooms even come with a shaving kit and toothpaste but no coffee in the room which was a small drawback for us. Situated on Madrid’s Gran Via, you have the best and worst of the location… it’s walking distance to everying including the palace, Plaza Mayor and the Prado. However, it’s also incredibly busy; sidewalks and streets are packed from dawn well into the evening and we heard the sounds of police/ambulance sirens almost every night. The cherry on top (literally on top) is the rooftop bar which made for a perfect spot for a drink after a day touring the sights.

Personnel accueillant. L’hôtel est très bien situé et facilement accessible par métro. La chambre était très propre et shampoing et savon à la disposition sont appréciés. Le seul petit bémol est la grandeur de la chambre et salle de bain mais nous le savions en réservant.
