Castle of Szigetvár Tours

Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

My room was never cleaned. I asked when I checked in to have it cleaned. I had to keep texting every day to clean it. It was 5pm still not cleaned. The lights kept going off in my bathroom and they kept telling me to reset the breakers. That was annoying. The check in staff lady was so rude and not helpful at all. She needs to not help people. She gets annoyed when asked her questions and the check in kiosk. I watched her with others so she got annoyed with people. She really shouldn’t be helping people. I work with customers and over 300 employees and I don’t treat anyone like that. You need to start watching your employees and even your old lady who checked us out. She isn’t very nice either. You don’t have friendly staff at your reception. Otherwise the hotel is ok. It’s convenient to the promenade and other main hotels.

We spent 3 nights here. My first time in Vegas even though I'm a senior. The hotel was nice. Room was clean and we had peaceful nights. Several restaurants on the property. We went to Gilley's for BBQ after arriving and it was fantastic. I'm a Texan and have high standards for BBQ. Had dinner one night at the Yacht Club and it was very good. Breakfast was quite good at the Coffee shop. The pool area was a bit too crowded for my liking but we found some space in the pool. The poolside DJ was pumping out some upbeat music that seemed like a nightclub. I liked that vibe. The casino was big enough that you could get lost in there. I always managed to eventually find the Blackjack tables that I was looking for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at TI.
