Parking was easy. Staff was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately the room we booked and paid for was not available upon arrival; our 3 bed family room was downgraded to a one bed which meant someone had to sleep on the floor. The hotel and Hotels.com pointed the finger at each other and we didn't get any refund. And something I dont usually do, but I ate in the bar all 3 nights I was here which when I am away with work is unusual for me. I like what they have done with the rooms and all done to a very high standard. Comfy bed, good wifi, good shower, lovely food and a safe and secure gated car park. The staff made up for it and help with accessing the room and helping with luggage. Super friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean! Pubs are around the square but limited food. We didn't need it, but our unit was modified for disabilty access. Could not access Wi-fi despite asking several times. Nobody could explain or correct. We'd not had problems anywhere else.
