"Really enjoyed the location being a bit out of town yet close to everything. The canyon just down the road a bit and town within minutes. Perfectly situated for enjoying sunrises and sets. Beds and linens are very comfortable with a great selection of pillows. Kitchen well outfitted. Baths are conveniently located to the sleeping areas. The living area is perfect for winding down after a day in the canyon. The whole house is comfortable and the decor fitting for the panhandle. Arron & Joshua are very accommodating and helpful hosts. Definitely would stay again"

"My stay was spectacular. 1000/10. The pictures doesn't capture the beauty of this stay. We stayed for two days and honestly my stay at the boxcar was the best part of the trip. If you are second guessing go for it! Friendly dogs and beautiful horses as well. Becky also gave suggestions on things to do, she keeps the place clean comfy. she’s really a super host!
