“We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!”

“The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.”

“Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful.
Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty
of tour shops around the area.
A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished.”

“Green Homestay was the perfect place to stay on Cat Ba island. We were greeted by Hana who is so lovely and helpful and really made our stay perfect. We were able to arrange activities right from the homestay which was very convenient. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great pool and garden area. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk away from a couple bars and restaurants and was the perfect location for a quieter and relaxing stay.
