"This is a unique property, but it isn’t for everyone. The location is central to many sites and restaurants, but the neighborhood is just okay. It is very noisy, especially at night. The bedroom of the apartment is a loft and the stairs are a cross between stairs and a ladder. Could be difficult for some people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent location in the center of Catania - public transportation easily available, bus to airport across the street, shops and restaurants in the area, and Catania’s baroque churches in the area. Good size apt, should improve the bed. Otherwise, all good!"

"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"The house is near the airport, about 15min walking distance: the side walk is not good but manageable. We arrived in the morning and can not check in, if the host can provide luggage drop off service like a hotel, I will give them a 5star rating. Other than that, the house is beautiful."

"Maurizio’s apartment was spacious and well provisioned. We arrived to find water, coffee, and milk, chocolates, and nuts. There were also basic cooking provisions like oil if one wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy. Maurizio greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and handed over the keys. He was very warm, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable.
